In filling in a contact form and subscribing to our services on our website (https://www.haslle.com) or other sites owned by us (UAB Haslle), or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that we have access to the information entered when you create your account, as well as certain information on the payments made directly with your Haslle card or otherwise recorded on our website, and may gather, process, store and/or use any personal data thus provided in accordance with the policy set out below.
Therefore, companies using Haslle services are responsible to make any declarations necessary to the relevant data protection authority, comply with its obligations as data controller under all applicable laws inform you about their data processing practices and, if required, obtain explicit consent when collecting personal data, ensuring they have the authority to process the personal data collected in accordance with the purposes defined and refraining from any unauthorised use.
Personal data is collected on our website by UAB Haslle a company registered under the laws of Lithuania under number 305394915 with the Lithuanian Companies Register, and having its registered office in Vilnius, J. Savickio g. 4.

Data collected on the site
Personal data is collected when you register as a user and use our services. This may include information about who you are, how to contact you, your browsing data and other technical data collected automatically during your activity on the website, and when you use Haslle card and/or, mobile application and/or Web application (including purchase history, receipts, amounts, etc.), professional information about identification within your company, your work title and team, any purchase, limits, payment or similar requests, information on your subscription and/or account and all cards you hold, any expense policies and rules applicable to you, and your communication with regards to your spending.
We ask you to ensure that any information or documents you upload to Haslle does not include any sensitive personal data, such as Government identifiers (i.e. ID card, passport, social security, driving licence, or taxpayer identification numbers), complete credit card or complete personal bank card numbers, medical records.
In case you are a manager or a business account holder, we may need to collect proof of your identity, as per our Terms of Service and financial regulation, in order to verify your identity and deliver our services to you securely and in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that third parties whose personal data is shared with Haslle services by you or through your use of a Haslle payment card has been informed and has consented to their personal data being collected.
Purposes of processing
The core purpose of collecting your personal data is to offer you the best and personalised experience when you use our services. To this end, you acknowledge that we may use your personal data, on the basis of the interest in offering high quality services and developing our customer relationships to:

You can unsubscribe from receiving any newsletter and marketing emails we may send you at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter and marketing email sent to you by Haslle.
Please note that we may analyse and track the click rates and the number of emails sent which you open to assess performance rates on our emailing campaigns.
You may provide personal details such as Name, Last Name, email, contact phone number and CV in case you would like to be contacted for employment opportunities at Haslle. Please be informed that we will keep this data for up to 3 months after the position is closed. In case you apply for an open position we will retain this data for 6 months. Haslle does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
